avecAnneke, Inh. processes personal data collected when visiting web page exclusively in accordance with the statutory provisions, in particular Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection provisions of the Federal Government (Data Protection Act, DSG), as well as of Art. 13 para. 1 FDPA and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f EU-GDPR. The protection of your personal data and your privacy is very important to us.
Consequently, we consider it as a matter of course to meet the statutory requirements of the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (FDPA), the Ordinance to the Federal Data Protection Act (OFDPA), the Telecommunications Act (FMG) as well as the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR) and other regulations of the Swiss and European data protection law.
Personal data is treated strictly confidential and is neither sold nor passed on to third parties. It is important to us that you always know what data we store and how we use it (transparency principle).

Personal data are individual details about natural persons that allow conclusions to be drawn about your personal, economic or actual circumstances. This includes, for instance, name data. Information that is not directly associated with your identity is not included.

2. Which data is stored by the avecAnneke, Inh.?
Personal data is only collected if you voluntarily provide it to us when purchasing tickets or registering for the newsletter. avecAnneke, Inh. collects your name, e-mail and, if applicable, your telephone number.
The collection and processing of this data is generally anonymised without personal reference for the purpose of enabling the use of the website (connection establishment), ensuring long-term system security and stability and optimising the Internet offer as well as for internal statistical purposes.

3. How is data transferred?
avecAnneke, Inh. uses a secure online transmission procedure for online bookings, the so-called “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) transmission, to process your personal data. All information transmitted using this method is encrypted at a high level (at least 128 bits, but up to 256 bits with standard browsers) before it is sent to us. This ensures as far as possible that no unauthorized persons can use your information.

4. How is data used?
avecAnneke, Inh. will use the data you provide to fulfill and process the contract for the purchase of tickets. In this context, avecAnneke, Inh. uses the data to inform you about the events you have booked, any changes to the program, or how to reach the event location, among other things. If the avecAnneke, Inh. has received your e-mail address in connection with the purchase of an opera ticket, avecAnneke, Inh. may also use this data for direct advertising for other events of the vecAnneke, Inh., unless you have objected to its use. Such objection is possible at any time and can be addressed to: art@avecanneke.com or avecAnneke, Inh. Aeberhard-Tsviliy, Colombstrasse 32, 3027 Bern. In the event of an objection, your customer data will be retained for ten years in accordance with the legal obligation to retain, together with booking receipts, but will no longer be used for direct advertising by avecAnneke, Inh.
When you subscribe to the newsletter, your e-mail address will only be used for the avecAnneke, Inh.’s own advertising purposes, up to the point you unsubscribe from the newsletter.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. The unsubscribe link can be found at the end of each newsletter.

5. Is my data passed on to third parties?
Your personal data will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold or passed on to third parties, unless this is necessary for the processing of payment transactions or for forwarding. In this case, we have made agreements with the authorized companies; the agreements ensure compliance with data protection regulations and the immediate deletion of data no longer required.

6. Cookies.

10. Advice for children and parents
avecAnneke, Inh. website is aimed at an adult audience. It is forbidden for minors and especially children under 18 y.o. to transmit personal data about themselves to us or to register to receive a service. The parents (or legal guardians) of the child may contact us and request deletion of the data or de-registration. For this purpose, we require a copy of an official document confirming you as a parent or guardian
